WHY DO I NEED A STUDY PLAN?
A study plan is an effective way which helps you navigate through your studies and hold yourself accountable for your outcomes.
Study Plans are important for CA, CS, CMA students because you need to have self discipline and determination to complete your syllabus without constant reminders of an instructor…
One Such Suggested Time Table is provided as follows but before we begin keep in mind that this timetable is flexible i.e. you might adjust your study times depending on what other commitments you have.....
1. GET UP EARLY MORNING AND GET OUT OF BED
Wake up at 6 a.m. in the morning (please avoid to snooze your alarm) and carry out your early morning routine which includes intake of some sort of beverages tea, coffee, etc… whatever you prefer and try to finish it till 6:30 a.m.
2. HAVE YOUR FIRST SESSION OF STUDY FOR 2 HOURS
Begin your session of study. Its that part of the day when your brain is most active, calm and fresh to grasp anything. Most of us prefer to go for theoretical subjects in this session. You can plan as per your flexibility. Continue this session for 2 hours i.e. 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
3. GO AND HAVE YOUR FIRST MEAL
Its time for having your Breakfast. Try to have healthy, nutritious breakfast. If possible try to interact with family during this session in order to refresh yourself, But make sure all this is done within half an hour i.e. 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
4. HAVE YOUR SECOND SESSION OF STUDY FOR 3 HOURS
In your this session of study try to go for a practical subject. This would not let you loose your interest in studies and being a practical subject the time allotted of 3 hours can be used efficiently i.e. 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
5. TAKE LUNCH BREAK
Have your lunch. You can socialise with your family in this duration. But more preferably try to relax in this 1 hour i.e. 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. to restore your energy.
6. GIVE TIME TO YOUR MOBILE
Do well you of your Cell phones in this duration check your What’s App, Facebook, Instagram and what other social media activity you do… But but but make sure it is only for 15 minutes…
7. THIRD STUDY SESSION FOR 2.5 HOURS
Have your third session of study try to go for a theory subject. As now you have your energy level back after Lunch and Socialising and now you can study for 2.5 hours i.e. 1:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
8. TAKE A BREAK TO RECALL
Stop your studies for some time and give 30 minutes to yourself to recall what you studied since morning, This will help you retain what you studied for longer time.
9. FOURTH STUDY SESSION FOR 2.5 HOURS
Get back to your Studies and continue this session till 2.5 hours i.e. 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
10. REFRESH YOURSELF
Get some snacks or some light food at times after studying for some students feel hungry and that may not allow to give full concentration while studying and you can also watch TV or browse your Cell phones. So take a short break of 30 minutes i.e. 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
11. FIFTH STUDY SESSION FOR 2 HOURS
Resume your studies and continue for another 2 hours i.e. 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
12. HAVE YOUR LAST MEAL
Enjoy your Dinner with your Family, Go for a walk, etc… Complete all this in next 30 minutes i.e. till 9:30 pm
Now in this session don’t go for any new topics or subject rather try to revise what you studied in your Study Sessions. Give this time to revision i.e. from 9:30 pm to 11 pm.
14. GO TO THE BED
After working so sincerely for the whole day it’s time to get some Sleep to again start tomorrow with full energy.
